NFL Season Predictions

AFC East
x-New England 11-5 (Pats take a little dip)
y-NY Jets 9-7 (Not enough firepower to be elite)
Buffalo 6-10 (Rough ride for J.P. Losman)
Miami 5-11 (QB play dooms Dolphins)

AFC South
x-Indianapolis 13-3 (It’s their time)
Jacksonville 8-8 (Jags tread water this season)
Houston 6-10 (About time to make changes)
Tennessee 4-12 (Too many player losses)

AFC North
x-Pittsburgh 12-4 (Can Bettis and Staley hold up?)
y-Cincinnati 10-6 (Carson Palmer becomes a star)
Baltimore 8-8 (Time running out for Kyle Boller)
Cleveland 3-13 (Romeo Crennel gets a pass)

AFC West
x-Kansas City 9-7 (The defense can’t be that bad)
San Diego 9-7 (Everyone is looking for them now)
Denver 8-8 (Does Mike Shananan have a lifetime deal?)
Oakland 8-8 (Randy Moss makes things exciting)
Wild-card: New England over N.Y. Jets; Cincinnati over Kansas City

y-Atlanta 11-5 (The Michaels, Vick and Jenkins, become a top combo)
Tampa Bay 6-10 (Mark Clayton’s a player, but not much else)
New Orleans 6-10 (A surreal situation)

x-Minnesota 10-6 (Not better without Moss, just different)
y-Green Bay 9-7 (This will be Brett Favre’s last season)
Detroit 7-9 (Make or break for Joey Harrington)
Chicago 4-12 (Even with Muhsin Muhammad, offense is horrible)

x-St. Louis 10-6 (Rams have the best offensive personnel)
